Zendesk Field Dependency Checker

Find every uploaded trigger, automation, macro, form, and view that references a Zendesk ticket field before you rename, replace, or remove it.

Runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use it

  1. 1Add your Ticket Fields JSON.
  2. 2Add the triggers, automations, macros, forms, or views you want to check.
  3. 3Analyze the uploaded configuration for matching field IDs.
  4. 4Review or export the relationships found.

1. Get your Zendesk JSON

Enter your subdomain to generate read-only links to the supported Zendesk API endpoints.

.zendesk.com

Open an endpoint in a new tab, copy the full JSON response, then return here and add it below.

If the response includes a next_page URL, open that URL and add each additional page.

Your subdomain and configuration remain in your browser. ASA Labs does not receive your credentials or configuration data.

2. Add configuration

The configuration type is detected automatically.

Uploaded configuration

Results include only the configuration types added above. Missing types may produce an incomplete dependency report.

3. Analyze dependencies

Add Ticket Fields and at least one other supported configuration type to begin analysis.

Results are based only on the Zendesk configuration you add here. References in apps, integrations, custom code, reporting, or configuration not added cannot be included.

Results will appear here after you click Analyze Dependencies.
